THE WORKING GROUP OF THE ACADEMIC IQ PROJECT TOLD ABOUT THE RESULTS OF A LARGE-SCALE SURVEY
The team of the project “Academic Integrity and Quality Initiative (Academic IQ)”, implemented by the American Councils for International Education, consisting of professors Larysa Zasekina, Andrii Boiar and Associate Professor Olena Kotys, told about the history of the Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University involvement in the project, activities related to its implementation at the university and the survey that was recently conducted within the Project. The questionnaire was developed by experts of the International Center for Academic Integrity.
The study involved nearly 2,000 students and faculty. Its results were processed by the Project team according to the methodology of the American Councils and testify the interest of the respondents regarding academic integrity, a certain level of awareness of the academic integrity principles and serve as the basis for specific management decisions.
